1 package devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup oil
30 Andes Mints
Mix all ingredients together except the mints. Roll into 2 inch balls and bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Do not over bake, you want them to be soft and chewy. While the cookies are baking unwrap about 30 mints. Remove the cookies from the oven and place one mint on each cookie. Place the pan of cookies back into the oven for twenty seconds(to melt the mint). Remove and spread the mint like frosting over the cookie. Allow the chocolate to set up before eating. Or put them in the fridge or freezer and try them my favorite way. Enjoy!
