Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Salad

I wasn't quite sure what to call this.  Fruit salad?  Dessert?  I decided to do us all a favor and call it a fruit salad.  Now you can have dessert afterwards and not even feel guilty, cause you just had a fruit salad with dinner :)  You can thank me later.  Seriously, this could be served as either.  It is loaded with strawberries, which qualifies it to be a fruit salad, but then there's the dessert side, cheesecake pudding, whipped topping, and chocolate covered graham cookies.  You decide.  As for me, I'm totally sticking with fruit salad.

 Strawberry Cheesecake Fruit Salad
2(3.5ounce) Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
2 Cups Milk
16 Ounces Whipped Topping,thawed
2 Pounds Strawberries,chopped
1 Package Fudge Covered Graham Cookies, crushed
In a large mixing bowl whisk the pudding mix and milk together.  Gently stir in the whipped topping, until combined.  Fold in the chopped strawberries.  Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.  Mix in the graham cookies just before serving to prevent them from becoming soft.  Enjoy!
